Policies

  • All products are available "while supplies last".
  • Your credit card is charged when your order is placed.
  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted.
  • Sales tax will be charged to Ohio customers.
  • Item availability and prices subject to change without notice.
  • Manufacturer's warranties in effect at time of purchase apply.
  • All defective products are handled through us -- not the manufacturer. (e mail for assistance)
  • All defective returns handled on a repair/replacement basis only.
  • Returns: 30 days. No returns on any open/used product.
  • All non-defective returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returns must have Return Merchandise Authorization number. (please see below)
  • We are not responsible for typographical errors.
  • Manufacturer's specifications subject to change without notice.

Returns and Refunds

AllTanning.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Return instructions are available by e-mail. All returns must be in original factory condition. Return shipments must be prepaid by customer returning merchandise. We don't accept COD shipments. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained through a Customer Service Representative by E-mail at returns@AllTanning.com. Returned packages will not be accepted without the RMA number on the outside of the package. Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to return inventory to our vendors. Therefore, we must charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns. Customer CAN NOT return burnt, used, or special order items. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs. New merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We will not issue credits until the merchandise has been received and inspected. All products must be returned in the original carton.

Due to possible shipping delays, problems and possible product specification changes we recommend that no framing, installation, plumbing or other modifications to your home be done until the merchandise is in your possession. ALL Manufacturers reserve the right to modify product.

Pricing

  • We cannot confirm the price of an item until it is ordered.
  • Your credit card is charged when your order is placed.
  • Despite our best efforts, a small number of the more than 65,000 items in our catalog may be mispriced.
  • Rest assured, we will verify the price as part of our shipping procedure.
  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
  • All Specials and Closeouts are subject to in stock merchandise only. If an item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or an upgrade at an additional charge.

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www.AllTanning.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Shipping Your Order

Online Customers -- If you order online, you will receive an approved screen stating your credit card has been charged. You must confirm the accuracy of your order by clicking the link. You will be able to view and print a copy of your order from this link. Read the User Agreement (below)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING FOR THEM; REFUSE IF DAMAGED. Do NOT sign for any packages that you have not thoroughly inspected for damage. Please OPEN all boxes, and check for damage on the merchandise before accepting it. If the merchandise is damaged please refuse the damaged merchandise. If for any reason the truck driver will not allow you to thoroughly inspect all of the merchandise please write "CARTONS DAMAGED" clearly on the delivery receipt; If there are ANY sign of damage on the carton (Including scratches, dings, dents, marks, or any other sign of possible mishandling) please make sure the driver waits for you to inspect all of the packages. If an item is received damaged, please notify our Customer Service Department within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. If damaged merchandise is received please hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; OTHERWISE NO CLAIM, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND CAN BE HONORED. If you have any questions regarding this policy or receive damaged merchandise please contact us immediately Toll-Free at 877-669-4669.

After you have read and agreed to the User Agreement, you will then be instructed to approve or disapprove your order. If you disapprove your order, it will not be shipped and a customer service representative will call you for further instructions.
